Tom
Caskanett has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and over
20 years of corporate experience as a senior executive. He specializes
in office and industrial brokerage in the St. Louis market as well as
handling national and international corporate services and consulting
assignments.
Tom
has successfully represented several medium and large corporate clients
including: Ralston Purina, Energizer (Eveready Battery), General
Mills, EnviroPak, Fabick Tractor Co., Schaefer-Meyer Grading Inc.,
Kienstra Enterprises, Chep USA,
Gannett, Manna Pro, Omniplex Communications, Boxes Inc., and Summit
Container.
He
has experience in both listing and tenant representation assignments for
lease and sale properties. Tom has leased properties from 400 to 170,000
sf; sold land from 2 to 124 acres; and sold buildings from 9,200 to
103,000 sf. In addition to the St. Louis metropolitan area, he has
completed national assignments in several markets, including San
Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Tampa, Detroit as well as
Brazil and Venezuela internationally.
Previously,
Tom was executive vice president of marketing and sales for Angelica
Corporation, a Fortune 500 uniform company. Previously, he was vice
president and director of the Specialty Foods Division at Ralston
Purina Company.
His
general management responsibilities included sales, marketing,
manufacturing, finance, acquisitions and strategic planning. Tom has a
track record of increasing revenues and reducing costs to improve
bottom-line performance. His experience as a corporate executive gives
him insight as to the real estate needs of medium to large corporations,
including financial and investment parameters.

and is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors (SLAR), and the
National Association of Realtors (NAR).
