Founded in 1948, Solon Gershman, Inc. is involved in every phase of the commercial real estate process. Our services include: sales, leasing, tenant representation and property management. As an independent company, Solon Gershman, Inc. has built an outstanding reputation representing both buyers and sellers in reaching their goals. On April 15, 2005, Solon Gershman, Inc., Realtors and Follman Properties - ONCOR International merged. The companies have complementary niches in the commercial real estate market and formed the second largest commercial real estate firm in the St. Louis area at the time.

Tom Stern has presided as President and CEO since 1993, with Edward Balk as Executive Vice President. In 2009, Bruce Pompe was appointed Chief Operating Officer in addition to overseeing the Property Management division. Burt Follman serves as the Executive Managing Director of the Commercial Brokerage division.

The company’s current management portfolio exceeds 6 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space located throughout the St. Louis market.
