Gregory J. Nooney, Jr., Executive Vice President of Solon Gershman, Inc, has been a leader in the commercial real estate industry on both a local and national level for over 50 years. He has had extensive involvement in management, brokerage, development and mortgage financing. During his career, he has been involved in the development and leasing of over 1.75 million square feet of office space for institutional investors in the St. Louis area.

Previously Mr. Nooney headed the St. Louis franchise of Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA LLC, which was a full service commercial real estate organization. Coldwell Banker Commercial managed and leased approximately 3 million square feet of space valued at $300 million for institutions, corporations, pension funds and individual investors. In addition, the company operated a large general brokerage business in the seven-county Metropolitan St. Louis region.
